This is my idea of a dark or heavy experience. It reflects several ideas about this kind of experience:
1. It is not specific to what caused it. It is build into us, regardless of its cause.
2. It is not opague. Very little in life is opaque to me, except death.
3. There is still the red of life present, though the perception of darkness may seem otherwise.
4. There is movement despite the perception otherwise. Like grief, it has its own path to work through.
