FAQ’s

How do I place an order?

Purchasing a print can be completed by using the drop-down menus found on every product page. When you click on the image of your choice, you can then select the size, choose the mat and frame, then proceed to check out. All transactions are completed using Stripe, which is a secure payment system.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Absolutely! Just get in touch and let me know what you’re looking for, and I’ll make it happen.

How will my print be shipped?

All orders are sent insured and traceable via first-class U.S. mail. Matted photographs are packed within multiple oversized layers of cardboard and corners are reinforced. Framed artwork is protected with bubble wrap in cardboard, then placed in an oversize box with foam all around.

If for any reason your package is damaged during shipping, you are covered by our exclusive free replacement warranty. Just call or send me an email, then return the damaged item (insured and traceable), and we will ship you a brand new one at no charge.

How long will it take to receive my prints?

I will begin work on your order within 1 week of your order, so it can be sent to you as soon as possible. (1 week is typical unless I am out in nature on a photo op. Then it will be within a week of my return. I will let you know as I am rarely off the grid for more than a full week.). Framed and matted prints are usually completed and shipped within 2 weeks. Special orders or custom-sized prints may require extended production time, and I will let you know the details within 5 days of your order.

Do you offer custom framing?

Yes! I work with my partner, Duraplaq, and together, we make sure your frame is a perfect fit for your print.

What is archival paper?

You know the worn and faded photographs you find in your parent’s attic? Archival paper prevents that from happening. It’s specially treated to be resistant to deterioration or loss of quality so that your photographic print remains as beautiful in 20 years as it is on the day you first see it.

Are these prints AI-generated?

All of my prints are personally produced without AI or other people’s presets. I make all the creative decisions. Some of the tools I use may have a component in that is AI-assisted, but I always make the final decision.

Do you ship internationally?

At present I only ship to Canada and the United States.

You are more than welcome to contact me about a special order for international shipment.

Are all of your prints signed?

Yes. All of my fine art prints are signed with an archival pen (which won’t fade or damage your print), both on the print and the mat, so that if you decide to re-mat your artwork, your print will retain my signature. Each print also comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Do you have a guarantee?

All artwork purchases are covered under a 100%, 30-day money-back guarantee. Take a month to decide; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a credit, refund, or exchange. Some limitations apply; see the Returns section below for details.

Do you accept returns?

I want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and enjoy displaying your artwork in your home or office. But if you’re not, please contact me so we can chat about your return and whether your preference is an exchange or refund.

Do you offer a warranty?

I offer both a lifetime fade-free warranty and a lifetime framing warranty.

All work is exclusively printed using fade-free fine art archival papers and inks. All artwork comes with an exclusive fade-free warranty designed to protect your investment. If your artwork fades, we will replace it at no charge as long as you own it. No questions asked; just return the artwork and we will ship you a new piece right away.

If you purchase a frame from us and your artwork is damaged because of something we did during the framing process, we will re-frame it or replace it at no charge. Sometimes the materials used by framers (such as tape, matboard, backing board, etc.) can damage your artwork. To prevent this, we use only the finest archival materials, and we guarantee that our framing will not damage your artwork in any way. However, should that happen, you are 100% covered. This warranty applies to every piece we frame and mat for you so long as the seal of authenticity is present on your artwork. This warranty does not apply to pieces which are not framed by us.

Do you have a gallery?

Currently, no. My work is primarily available online through this website, but I do occasionally have shows and exhibits in Colorado. To be notified when those events are, sign up to get my monthly email, “Second Nature.” I’d love to keep in touch!
